Spaghetti with garlic, oil, hot pepper and broccoli

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 350 g of spaghetti
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 200 g of broccoli in florets
  • 4 tablespoons of Equilibrium Food oil
  • Salt


  • Softly fry the garlic for 1 minute in a pan with 4 tablespoons of oil;
  • Add the chili (if you do not want the result to be too spicy, deprive it of the seeds) and cook for another minute;
  • Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, then drain with a slotted spoon and do not throw away the cooking water;
  • Cook the spaghetti in broccoli cooking water;
  • Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and pour into the pan with the oil the garlic and the chili together with a ladle of water of cooking pasta;
  • Keep well and finally add the broccoli;
  • Serve immediately.
