Ingredients for 6 portions

  • 300 g of oat flakes
  • 50 g of sultanas
  • 50 g of dried cranberries
  • 100 g of mixed dried fruit (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • 130 g of maple syrup
  • 60 g of brown sugar
  • 100 ml of water


  • Mix together the oatmeal, the seeds, the dried fruit and the cinnamon;
  • In a large skillet melt brown sugar with maple syrup and water over low heat, being careful not to burn;
  • Add the mix prepared outside the fire and mix well;
  • Transfer the granola on a baking sheet distributing it for good and cook for about 20 minutes in a 160 ° oven;
  • Turn the granola often in cooking in such a way that colors from all sides and be careful not to burn;
  • A couple of minutes before pulling it off add the sultanas and cranberries.
