Almond muffins

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 70 g of Equilibrium hard wheat flour
  • 30 g of almond flour
  • 50 g of raw cane sugar
  • 2 organic ground eggs
  • 80 ml of seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of almond milk
  • Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate
  • 1 teaspoon of white vinegar


  • In a bowl mix together all the dry ingredients;
  • In another bowl mix all liquid ingredients except for bicarbonate and vinegar;
  • Pour the liquid ingredients into the solid ones and stir to mix everything;
  • Pour the bicarbonate in the vinegar and then add everything to the mixture;
  • Fill the muffin cups with the dough up to a third of their height;
  • Bake in a static oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
