Pea cream

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 600 g of peas
  • Half onion
  • Vegetable broth (celery, carrot, onion)
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Equilibrium Intelligent Food extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Fry the minced onion in a spoonful of oil for three minutes on a very sweet flame;
  • Then add the peas, let them flavor a couple of minutes;
  • Cover with stock and cook for 15 minutes;
  • Add the chopped mint leaves and cook for another 5 minutes;
  • Once cooked, shake them adding more broth if they are not enough liquid.
