Bean and courgette burger with flax seeds

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 g of beans
  • 2 courgettes
  • 70 g of Equilibrium Food flax seed
  • Equilibrium Food Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt


  • You can use dry or canned beans. If you use dry beans, soak them 12 hours in advance, then cook them in boiling salted water for 45 minutes;
  • Blend the cooked beans (or canned beans) adding a little oil;
  • Then add grated zucchini and breadcrumbs enough to make the mixture workable with your hands. However, the dough will remain soggy and sticky;
  • Form some burgers and sprinkle the surface with flax seeds;
  • Bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes.
