Baked calzone with zucchini
Ingredients for 4 people
For the dough
- 10 g of yeast
- 500 g of Equilibrium whole wheat flour
- 300 ml of water
- 8 g of salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
For the stuffing
- Half onion
- 200 g of zucchini
- Equilibrium extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
- Prepare the dough. Start mixing water and flour together. Then add the yeast dissolved in a little warm water;
- Then add the salt, honey and finally the oil;
- Knead vigorously for 10 minutes;
- Form a ball with the dough and place it to rise covered in a dry place at a constant temperature for 3 hours. At the end of the leavening the dough must have doubled its volume;
- Divide the dough into 8 loaves and let it rise another hour;
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Fry the onion in two tablespoons of oil;
- Add the sliced zucchini thinly and cooked. Then let it cool completely;
- Take back the dough and spread them trying to give them a circular shape.
- Fill them with the courgettes, fold the dough on itself and seal it;
- Bake the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
