Penne with peas, prawns and turmeric

Ingredient for 4 people

  • 350 g of pasta
  • 150 g of shelled peas
  • 100 g of prawns
  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric
  • Vegetable broth
  • Equilibrium extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  • Shell the peas and blanch them in salted water for 5 minutes;
  • Clean the prawns by removing their heads and depriving them of the carapace;
  • Heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan. Then add the turmeric and let it dissolve;
  • Add the prawns and cook for 2 minutes;
  • Finally, add the peas and mix the flavors for another couple of minutes;
  • Cook the pasta “al dente”, drain it and pour it into the pan of the sauce;
  • Whisk by adding a ladle of pasta cooking water.
