Carrot, yogurt, mint and flaxseed salad

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 320 g of carrots
  • 200 g of goat yogurt
  • 40 g of linseed
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of evil oil Equilibrium Food
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Peel the outer part of the carrots and then grate them with a grater with large holes;
  • Mix the yogurt together with the oil, salt, pepper and chopped mint leaves. Leave the sauce an hour in the fridge to make it flavor;
  • Season the carrots with very little oil and then with the mint sauce;
  • Ultimate by mixing the flax seeds together.
