Baked pasta with broccoli

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 450 g of Equilibrium Food pens
  • 300 g of broccoli (Sicilian or Roman)
  • 50 ml of oat milk
  • Equilibrium extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt


  • Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 10 minutes in boiling salted water;
  • Drain the broccoli, keeping a little cooking water. Put aside some florets;
  • Blend all the others adding the oat milk. If the mixture is not enough liquid, add the cooking water put aside;
  • Cook the pasta “al dente”. Drain and then mix it with broccoli cream and whole florets;
  • Arrange the pasta so seasoned in a baking pan and bake in a static oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
